Police: About a dozen shots fired in street in Hazleton

<p>The Kingston Township Board of Supervisors acknowledged the appointment of police officer Martin C. Maransky to sergeant at their regular supervisors meeting held Oct. 14, 2015. Sergeant Maransky succeeds Chief Michael Moravec who held the rank of sergeant for Kingston Township for 21 years and was promoted to chief on Jan. 1, 2015.
