<p>Temperatures in the Wyoming Valley will gradually drift back to autumn-like ranges as the week draws to a close.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated that it was 71 degrees as of 11:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with fair skies reported.</p><p>Sunny skies are expected for the remainder of the day, with a high near 74. Clear skies will follow into tonight, with a low around 48.</p><p>Partly sunny skies are expected on Thursday, along with a slight chance of showers. The high will be near 68.</p><p>That slight chance of showers will carry over into Thursday night &#8212; otherwise, mostly cloudy skies are expected. The low will be around 58.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies are predicted to round out the week on Friday, along with a 40 percent chance of showers. The high will be near 69.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies will carry over into Friday night, along with a slight chance of showers.
