<p>The Wilkes-Barre Law &amp; Library Association, the bar association of Luzerne County and the Lackawanna Bar Association, sponsored a continuing legal education program by Justice Correale F. Stevens of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Judge Jack Panella of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. A second presentation was also made by Scott B. Cooper, Esquire, past president of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ)/Partner with Kramer, Harrisburg; and Teresa Ficken Sachs, Esquire, vice chairperson, Appellate Advocacy and Post-Trial Practice Group, Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman &amp; Goggin, Philadelphia.
