Alabama child missing since 2002 found as young man in Ohio

<p>PLAINS TWP. &#8212; Police are searching for a man they say exited a residence on Cleveland Street and fled.</p><p>Police say a neighbor saw the man leave the residence at approximately 12:42 p.m. on Wednesday and then flee.</p><p>The suspect is described as a white man in his 20s, standing approximately 6 feet tall with short brown hair and a trimmed beard. He was last seen wearing a striped shirt and blue jeans, and was carrying a green backpack that appeared to be full.</p><p>Anyone with information is asked to contact the Plains Township Police Department at 570-829-3432.</p><style>
