Rain predicted today, sunshine and cooler temperatures for the weekend

<p>FORTY FORT &#8212; A section of River Street will be closed for a few days next week for a paving project.</p><p>River Street from Rutter Avenue to Wyoming Avenue will be closed daily from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting Monday. Crews will mill the surface of the road on Monday and Tuesday, and then pave the road on Wednesday.</p><p>Mayor Andy Tuzinski said in an email that if any problems arise, milling will continue into Wednesday and the paving will be done on Thursday.</p><p>Motorists are encouraged to plan accordingly to avoid the area and follow detour signs.</p><style>
