Wyoming Valley West wraps up unbeaten regular season with 48-7 victory over Williamssport

<p>Heavy clouds and cooler temperatures start a weekend that will continue to see the thermometer dip to more seasonal levels.</p><p>The National Weather Service showed 55 degrees at 7 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with a forecast of mostly cloudy and a high of 58 for the day. Winds will be light at 6 to 9 miles per hour.</p><p>Clouds should thin slightly tonight as the temperatures drop to a low of 38. The weekend is expected to be rain free.</p><p>The cooling trend continues, though with clearer skies, on Sunday, which should be mostly sunny with a high near 51.
