Alleged shrimp thief caught in Hazleton food market

<p>Friends of the Mill Memorial Library in Nanticoke will hold their annual Fall Fair from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday. There will be a book and bake sale, food, jewelry sale and Santa Claus. Crafters are welcome. All proceeds benefit the library.
