<p>Skya Lyn Ropietski, daughter of Dara and Joe Ropietski, Harveys Lake, is celebrating her eighth birthday today, Nov. 8, 2015. Skya is the granddaughter of Andrea and the late George Fallon of Sugar Notch, and Pat and Joe Ropietski of Wilkes-Barre. She is the great-granddaughter of Jean and Henry Balakier of Sugar Notch, and the late Anna Ropietski. Skya has two brothers, Eli, 10; and Cael, 9.</p><style>
