Westminster Street fire displaces family, still under investigation

<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; Police arrested a 13-year-old boy on Saturday after he allegedly urinated on 20 backpacks in Walmart.</p><p>Police say the incident happened at 10:15 p.m., and resulted in $409.28 in damages.</p><p>The boy will be charged with criminal mischief at a later date. He was released to the custody of his parents.</p><style>
