<p>DALLAS &#8212; A group of local artists will present &#8220;In Bloom &#8211; Views from the Gardens,&#8221; an exhibit of works they painted during the 2015 Tour of Back Mountain Gardens in June. The exhibit will open with a reception on Friday, Nov. 20, from 5-8 p.m. at Marquis Art and Frame, 122 South Main St., Wilkes-Barre, and be on display through January 16, 2016. The artwork was done on location or from photos of the gardens at the time of the garden tour, which was hosted by the Back Mountain Bloomers Garden Club on June 27, 2015.</p><p>Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.</p><p>There will be a variety of mediums, including oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel, ceramic tiles, on display, as well as a variety of artistic styles. The artists include Diane Czajkowski, Nanticoke; Tobi Balin Grossman, Pittston; Dolores Ann Grozio, Nanticoke; Harry Grozio, II, Nanticoke; Robert R. Husty, Wilkes-Barre; Linda Keck, Swoyersville; Jeannette Kulick, Harveys Lake; Earl Lehman, Jessup; Leigh Pawling, Dallas; Waltraut Piontkowski, Nanticoke; Darlene Smith, Trucksville; Mary Lou Steinberg, Kingston; and Sabine Thomas, Hanover Township.</p><p>The six gardens on the Back Mountain tour offered a variety of styles and themes. All proceeds from the Garden Tour were donated to the Anthracite Scenic Trails Association (ASTA), an organization developing and maintaining the Back Mountain Trail, a 14-mile former railroad bed that is under development and being transformed into a recreational trail for hiking and biking from Luzerne Borough in the Wyoming Valley to Ricketts Glen State Park.</p><style>
