<p>EDWARDSVILLE &#8212; Police Tuesday arrested a 21-year-old man on charges stemming from allegations he sexually assaulted a 6-year-old child.</p><p>Court records show Luis Ortiz, who police said was originally from Edwardsville, was arrested on two counts each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age and one count of corruption of minors by a defendant over the age of 18. All of the charges are felonies.</p><p>Ortiz was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Paul J. Roberts and lodged in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for failure to post $75,000 bail.</p><style>
