Vehicle damaged, briefcase reported stolen in Chuck E. Cheese parking lot

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police said Darius Smith, 38, of Wilkes-Barre, was cited at about 1:30 p.m. Monday in the area of South Main and Sullivan streets for alleged public drunkenness.</p><p>Police said they received a complaint of a drunk man urinating in public with an open alcoholic beverage.
