<p>Scranton-based band Family Animals has been recording music in Northeastern Pennsylvania since 2008, and the psychedelic alternative rockers are on the verge of releasing their second full-length album, &#8220;I Must Have Missed It,&#8221; as a follow up to their 2010 debut LP &#8220;Family Animals.&#8221;</p><p>The trio of Jesse Viola on guitar and vocals, Anthony Viola on drums and vocals, and Frank DeSando on bass and vocals will play an album release show at The Bog in Scranton on Nov. 14, a show that will also feature Doghouse Charlie of Cherokee Red, Mock Sun and Esta Coda.</p><p>The show, which will begin at 9 p.m., will mark the day &#8220;I Must Have Missed It&#8221; will be available for digital release, and the band is planning a small tour in the weeks following the album premier.</p><p>&#8220;Our last album was all over genre wise; some people loved that, some people didn&#8217;t,&#8221; Family Animals drummer Anthony Viola said. &#8220;This time we really wanted to have more of a common theme.
