The Osterhout Free Library North Branch invites the public to help celebrate its 5th Anniversary of its permanent home at 28 Oliver Street in the Parsons section of Wilkes-Barre.The party will be at the North Branch from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday where there will be free cake and refreshments, free books for all children, various raffle baskets and a book sale.Parking is available along Oliver Street or in the library&#8217;s lot at the end of the street. All are welcome.
