<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A teenager that police say was intoxicated was seemingly trying to get back to his dorm room shortly after midnight on Tuesday.</p><p>Instead, police say the teen found his way into a secure area of the police station.</p><p>As a result, the 19-year-old man from Clark, New Jersey, was issued a non-traffic citation and released to a responsible person.</p><style>
