Gardner Educational Forum Series at Wilkes University examines the topic &#8220;How Do We Measure What We Know: The Controversy over Standardized Testing&#8221; from 1 to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 18, in the Breiseth Hall, room 206.The guest speaker is Joy Mao, associate professor in the doctor of education program at Wilkes University.The event is free and open to the public.
