<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police said at about 11 a.m. on Thursday Ed Urban, 28, Ashley, and Tammy Cope, 30, Wilkes-Barre, were cited for allegedly trespassing after going into Rite Aid on East Northampton Street after they were given previous notice to stay off the property.</p><style>
