Man arrested after home invasion in West Hazleton

Woman cited following altercation

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; While on routine patrol, a police officer observed Ryan David Filipiak, 21, of West Wyoming, highly intoxicated at approximately 1:24 p.m. Wednesday at the Intermodal Bus Terminal.</p><p>Filipiak was arrested at the scene for public drunkenness and transported to Wilkes-Barre Police Headquarters where he was placed in cell #8. He was released when he became sober.</p><p>Filipiak also admitted to smoking marijuana a half hour prior to being arrested.</p><style>
