<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of 21-year-old Harley Xavier Arias who is wanted on a felony charge for allegedly stealing a motor vehicle.</p><p>Arias&#8217; last known address is unknown, but police say he frequents the Wilkes-Barre area.</p><p>There is no reward for Arias&#8217; capture. If anyone is aware of his location, call 911 and report the information, leave a message on the Wilkes-Barre Township police department Facebook page or email his whereabouts to <a href="mailto:crimetips@twp.wilksbarre.pa.us">crimetips@twp.wilksbarre.pa.us</a>. Do not approach or attempt to apprehend him.</p><style>
