Wyoming Valley West School Board looks to raze homeless encampment

<p>HAZLETON &#8212; A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and additional traffic violations after police said he struck three parked vehicles early Sunday morning and then fled the scene.</p><p>Police said Adrian Vega Caba, 24, of Hazleton, struck the vehicles on the 700 block of East Diamond Avenue just after 3 a.m. Sunday.
