Observed a build of old food residue on areas behind dispensing nozzles on soda machines, orange juice machine, cream dispenser, and behind ice chutes on the beverage machines. Areas were cleaned during inspection. Observed a buildup of old food residue on areas around dispenser on frozen dessert machine. PIC cleaned. Observed a buildup of old food residue in drawers with clean food wrap papers. PIC cleaned drawers and discarded soiled papers. Receiving door located in the back area of the food facility has a gap and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
