Minor, heavy congestion could lengthen the morning commute

<p>Sunshine and cooler temperatures are expected leading up to Thanksgiving &#8212; no rain or snow is in sight.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated it was 29 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, with overcast skies kicking off the week.</p><p>Partly sunny skies are expected to stick around today, with a high near 38. Clouds will increase tonight, with a low around 25.</p><p>Mostly sunny skies will return on Tuesday, with a high near 42. Partly cloudy skies are predicted for Tuesday night, with a low around 27.</p><p>Mostly sunny skies are predicted for Wednesday, with a high near 47.
