<p>KIDDER TWP. &#8212; A tractor trailer fire is causing major traffic tie-ups on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike near Interstate 80 and on surrounding routes.</p><p>The tractor trailer fire was reported on PA-476 in the southbound lanes at 2:14 p.m., according to a Carbon County 911 supervisor.</p><p>Traffic is reported being backed up for miles.</p><style>
