LCCC dental students host guest speaker

Luzerne County’s credit rating downgraded in light of the county’s “political gridlock”

<p>Dickson City &#8212; The Refuse to be a Victim crime prevention and personal safety seminar is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, 2016 at McCann School of Business &amp; Technology, 2227 Scranton Carbondale Hwy, Dickson City.</p><p>The National Rifle Association developed Refuse to be a Victim in 1993 in repose to what it calls &#8220;nationwide requests for crime prevention seminars.&#8221; Topics addressed include home, travel, automobile and electronic security.</p><p>The $25 seminar is open to the public.
