Rain, snow could fall this weekend

<p>Whether you&#8217;re driving home from a holiday trip, or maybe heading into the office this morning, traffic should do little to slow you down.</p><p>Shoppers looking to take advantaged of Black Friday sales at the Wyoming Valley Mall, however, will not be as lucky.</p><p>Kidder and Mundy streets surrounding the mall are reporting widespread areas of heavy traffic congestion.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Route 315 is reporting heavy traffic congestion near East Main Street, while heavy congestion is also reported on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.</p><p>Scattered heavy congestion is also reported throughout Highland Park Boulevard.</p><p>Downtown, areas of scattered minor congestion are reported on Wilkes-Barre / South Wilkes-Barre boulevards.
