Police: Man attacked inside of a I-80 rest stop was struck with a hammer

<p>HAZLE TWP. &#8212; Ann Bredbenner, 59, of Drums, was cited for failing to drive on roadways laned for traffic after a crash at 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday.</p><p>Police say Bredbenner was traveling east on East 14th Street at approximately 20 miles per hour. As she approached 370 East 14th Street, police say she began to drift to the right side of the roadway and allegedly struck a legally parked vehicle on with the front passenger side of her bumper.</p><p>No injuries were reported.</p><style>
