<p>SOUTH ABINGTON TWP. &#8212; A 26-year-old woman was killed and another man suffered serious injuries in a crash early Friday morning in Lackawanna County.</p><p>State Police at Dunmore said Carly Otto, of Dalton, was a passenger in a Jeep Cherokee driven by Brandon Lawrence Vansplinter of Scott Township. Police said the Jeep struck the rear of a tractor trailer while traveling northbound on Interstate 81 near mile marker 195 just after midnight.</p><p>Otto was pronounced dead at the scene.
