Zeroing In: The saga of the Luzerne County circus continues

<p>FOSTER TWP. &#8212; Two people from Cleveland are facing charges after police investigated their vehicle that was pulled along the side of Interstate 80 on Monday.</p><p>At 4:24 a.m., police say that Hamadah Moshen Abdullah Karashah, 28, and Porcia McKnight, 31, were stopped on the side of I-80 near mile marker 270. Upon investigation, police determined that Karashah was allegedly under the influence of a controlled substance. During a search of the vehicle, police say they discovered drug paraphernalia, a small amount of marijuana and a blackjack were found.</p><p>Karashah faces charges of marijuana possession, use of drug paraphernalia and DUI. McKnight faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an offensive weapon.</p><p>Court documents indicate that both were jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $10,000 bail.</p><style>
