Wyoming Valley Art League to host monthly Life Drawing Sessions

<p>ASHLEY &#8212; Police are investigating a home invasion that took place this morning.</p><p>The suspect, according to police, is a man pretending to be a representative from a water company.</p><p>Police say at 10:40 a.m., the man gained entry into a residence on Preston Street by telling the elderly couple that lived there that was a water main break, and that he needed them to run the water so he could check it.</p><p>While the couple was in their basement with the man, police say a second suspect entered the home and stole cash from the couple&#8217;s bedroom. Police believe the man with the couple communicated with the second suspect by either a cell phone or a two-way radio.</p><p>The man encountered by the couple is described as a white male, standing 5 feet, 9 inches tall with short dark hair and scruffy facial hair. He was last seen wearing a dark jacket and dark baseball cap, and had an unknown type of identification badge on his jacket.</p><style>
