<p>Thomas A Crispell, son of John and Karen Crispell of Wilkes-Barre, is celebrating his fourth birthday today, Dec. 3, 2015. Thomas is the grandson of Donna Coolbaugh of Luzerne, Douglas Herrscher of Hanover, Rick and Gladys Habeeb of Tunkhannock and Kenneth Crispell of Noxen. He is the great-grandson Genevieve Pugh and the late Henry Pugh of Luzerne and Helen Frantz of Dallas. Thomas has a brother, Travis, 2.</p><style>
