<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police are seeking the public&#8217;s help in locating a wanted man.</p><p>Police say Joshua Gardler is wanted on a warrant for drugs and escape. Gardler, 29, is a white male, about 6 feet tall, with a thin build, brown hair and blue eyes. He is known to shave his head and grow a beard.</p><p>Police ask anyone with information about Gardler&#8217;s location to call 911, Officer Dan Duffy at 570-208-4118 or city police at 570-208-4200, message police on Facebook or contact them at <a href="http://www.wbcrimeline.com" target="_blank">www.wbcrimeline.com</a>.</p><p>Information will be kept be confidential and/or anonymous. There is no reward for this person&#8217;s capture or arrest.</p><style>
