<p>The Wyoming Valley Chapter of Pennsylvanians for Human Life held their 31st annual Respect for Life Banquet on Oct. 19 in Wilkes-Barre. the guest speaker was the internationally famed pro-life priest, Father Frank Pavone, founder of Priests for Life.
