Gilpin family continues improvement projects in West Pittston, holds second tree lighting

<p>The Plains Rotary Club donated fresh fruit to the Saint Peter and Paul Food Pantry. The fruit was then distributed to over 70 families in their Thanksgiving food parcels. Plains Rotarians raised the funds to purchase the fruit at its two fundraisers, Pasta-in-the-Park and its annual golf tournament.
