<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Brass Reflections, a band comprised of local brass instrumentalists, will perform at Circle Centre for the Arts, 130 S Franklin St, Wilkes-Barre, as part of Wyoming Valley Art League&#8217;s ongoing Sunday at the Circle event series. They will perform songs from &#8220;The Joy and Spirit of Christmas,&#8221; as well as brass-specific selections.</p><p>The all-ages concert begins at 4 p.m. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
