<p>PHILADELPHIA &#8212; At least two Philadelphia high school students have been taken into custody after police say they attacked a teacher in a classroom.</p><p>School District spokesman Fernando Gallard <a href="http://bit.ly/1OQRo7M" target="_blank">tells The Philadelphia Inquirer</a> the attack happened at about 10 a.m. Monday, when three students entered a classroom at George Washington High School looking for a cellphone held by another student.</p><p>Gallard says the students assaulted the teacher as they were trying to get the cellphone back. The teacher suffered facial injuries and was taken to a hospital.</p><p>Gallard says the district is working with police to make sure the students receive the &#8220;full consequences.&#8221;</p><p>The teens are facing aggravated assault charges.</p><p>The district announced Tuesday that the school&#8217;s principal has been removed and &#8220;temporarily reassigned.&#8221;</p><style>
