Kingston Council passes $8.8 million budget with no property tax increase

A visit with Santa can be an overwhelming experience for children with special needs, but Mountain Yoga in Mountain Top has planned a &#8220;Sensitive Santa&#8221; event to give children with special needs an opportunity to visit Santa in a quiet, calming environment with low lighting, soft music, and soothing aromatherapy.The event is planned for 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Dec. 20 at Mountain Yoga, 359 South Mountain Boulevard.If children want to sit on Santa&#8217;s lap they can but if they&#8217;d prefer to lie on the floor and play with blocks with Santa they can do that too. Mountain Yoga will provide activities for children who are waiting, a gift from Santa for each child, a therapy dog, and comfort cushions.
