MacSonald-Sweet named director of trauma service line at Commonwealth Health

<p><strong>Bernard W. Franklin, Ed.D.,</strong> executive vice president of education and community engagement/chief inclusion officer for the NCAA, will deliver the keynote address at Misericordia University&#8217;s 5th annual winter commencement ceremony at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 20, in the Anderson Sports and Health Center on campus. A baccalaureate Mass will precede the ceremony at 10:30 a.m. in Lemmond Theater in Walsh Hall. Dr. Franklin holds a Doctor of Education degree from Teachers College, Columbia University, New York City, New York, and his Master of Education degree from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College), Westminster, Maryland.</p><style>
