HKQ law firm to sponsor free holiday movie at Kirby Center

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Miguel Rodriguez, 24, of Carey Avenue in Wilkes-Barre was charged with DUI Saturday.</p><p>According to a police report:</p><p>Wilkes-Barre Police Officer Kevin Andres stopped Rodriguez&#8217;s vehicle for an equipment violation. After examining the vehicle it was discovered it just had struck a utility pole. Rodriguez was intoxicated and arrested for suspicion of DUI.</p><p>A breath test was administered to Rodriguez at the police station.</p><style>
