<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; A township man was arrested Saturday after police say they found packets of the drug &#8220;spice&#8221; in a Diamond Avenue residence.</p><p>Rodney Davis, 48, was arrested on two felony counts of possession and possession with intent to deliver a designer drug and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the Hanover Police Department.</p><p>After serving a search warrant, police say they found sealed and unsealed packets of a substance believed to be &#8220;Spice,&#8221; a digital scale, packaging materials, money and cell phones in the residence.</p><p>Davis was arraigned before District Judge James Tupper and taken to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.</p><style>
