<p>HAZLETON &#8212; City police responded to a report of an overdose 2:19 p.m. Saturday on West Broad Street.</p><p>The victim, David Burns Jr., was revived and determined he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Burns Jr. was taken into custody and to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility, according to the Hazleton City Police report.</p><style>
