Peggy Lovecchio’s family recipe for biscotti is a favorite tradition

<p>The Luzerne County Community College Literary Arts Society held its annual Veterans&#8217; Day program. This year&#8217;s program, designed to honor the nation&#8217;s veterans, highlighted the National Guard. The program included the presentation of the colors by Battery B First Battalion 109th Field Artillery. Speakers included LCCC President Thomas P. Leary and Captain Cliff Morales, operations officer, PA Army National Guard recruiting and retention battalion.
