He is the great-grandson of the late Emily Timko of Plains Township, Peggy George of Wilkes-Barre, Anthony Kotlowski of Pittston, and Francis Foster of East Orange, New Jersey. Payton has a brother, Jordan Stiles, 12.</p><style>
