Luzerne County Bar Association admits new attorneys

Wolf, allies press House GOP for votes on tax increase

<p><strong>MISERICORDIA UNIVERSITY</strong></p><p><strong>Charles Carroll, M.A.</strong>, an English instructor in the Misericordia University Expressway Accelerated Degree Program, had his poem, &#8220;Baselines,&#8217;&#8217; published in the 2015 fall issue of Spitball: The Literary Baseball Magazine, which is dedicated to baseball-themed poetry, short fiction, prose, art and book reviews.</p><p>He teaches English 104 and English 219 in the Expressway Program at Misericordia, which offers adults the opportunity to earn their bachelor&#8217;s degree as part-time students in as little as two-and-a-half years.</p><p>Carroll earned his undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University and received his Master of Arts degree from the University of Scranton.</p><p>Carroll has previously published short fiction in Spitball as well.</p><style>
