<p>Julie Ann Younker, daughter of Jason and Lori Younker of Sugar Notch, is celebrating her first birthday today, Dec. 18, 2015. Julie is the granddaughter of Eileen Younker of Upper Askam, Howard Younker of Sugar Notch and Robert and Sally Lazarowicz of Wapwallopen. She is the great-granddaughter of Elizabeth (Betty) Moyer and the late George Moyer of Wanamie and Marion Cragle and the late Frank Cragle of Slocum Township. Julie Ann has a sister, Olivia.</p><style>
