<p><strong>Collin Krokos, Sr., Coughlin</strong></p><p>Qualified for regionals for the first time this season thanks to winning a playoff at the District 2 Class 3A Tournament for the last qualifying spot. He advanced to districts after a second-place finish at the Pre-District tourney.</p><p><strong>Shane Angle, So. Crestwood</strong></p><p>Started the season with a second-place finish at the Tryba Preseason Invitational then helped the Comets to their third straight Wyoming Valley Conference Class 3A team title by defeating Coughlin. Angle shot the team&#8217;s second-lowest score in the match against the Crusaders before carding the team&#8217;s lowest score in the district title loss.</p><p><strong>Alexis Wyandt, Sr., Dallas</strong></p><p>Carded scores lower than boys just about every time she stepped on the course this season. She claimed the WVC Class 3A Pre-District championship before advancing to the East Regional for the second straight season after taking third at districts.</p><p><strong>Adam Motovidlak, Jr. Lake-Lehman</strong></p><p>Earned medalist honors in all 10 Lake-Lehman matches this season, but his best work came in the Class 2A Pre-District event when he carded an 80 to win the tournament to advance to districts. When he got to districts, he ran into tough falling in a playoff for the last qualifying spot for regionals for the second straight season. His season got off to a good start by finishing third at the Tryba Preseason Invitational.</p><p><strong>Maddy Wharton, Sr., Wyoming Area</strong></p><p>Claimed the Pre-District Class 2A title for the second straight season. A defending District 2 champion, she ran into hard luck at the district event this time around finishing fifth, missing out by one shot on the playoff for the final regional qualifying spot.</p><p><strong>Hubert Bournival, Jr., Wyoming Seminary</strong></p><p>Helped the Blue Knights claim the Wyoming Valley Conference Class 2A team title by claiming the team&#8217;s low scores in both the WVC and District 2 championship matches. He also placed fifth at the Pre-District event.</p><p><strong>Tyler Yankosky, Sr., Wyoming Valley West</strong></p><p>Got off to a stellar start this season winning the Tryba Preseason Invitational by carding a 75, which tied for the lowest score of any Wyoming Valley Conference golfer all season in an 18-hole event.</p><style>
