<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A woman is charged with retail theft after allegedly trying to steal groceries from Schiel&#8217;s at 4 p.m. on Monday.</p><p>The store manager reported to police that he saw Lorrie Guard, 46, of Nanticoke, with a grocery cart full of groceries allegedly try to leave the store without paying for her items.</p><p>The manager stopped her before she was able to get to her vehicle. The total value of the items in the cart was $136.64.</p><style>
