Lake-Lehman&#8217;s Connor McGovern, Coughlin&#8217;s Ryan Solt and Wyoming Valley West&#8217;s LJ Wesneski and Sean Judge were each named to the 2015 Pennsylvania Football Writers&#8217; All-State Team.The Penn State recruit, McGovern was selected as one of the top offensive linemen in the state in Class 2A, while junior Ryan Solt received the name honor in Class 3A.In Class 4A, Valley West&#8217;s Wesneski, who committed to the University of Albany, finished with 33 passes for 412 yards at the tight end position this season.
