Hanover Township woman charged with public intoxication

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police charged two men with possession of suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia after an incident on Tuesday.</p><p>At 4:39 p.m. police went to the area behind the Murray Complex after receiving information of criminal activity. Police also got information about alleged heroin use in the area of the homeless camp, as well as a suspected recent purse robbery.</p><p>Police found Jordan Rodriguez, 30, of Olyphant and John Norcross, 46, of Wilkes-Barre Township. Both men were allegedly in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia, and were arrested.</p><style>
