<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212;Richard Yurkin, 18, of Bowman Street was arrested on an outstanding warrant early Tuesday morning.</p><p>Police were dispatched to a residence on Bowman Street at approximately 2:30 a.m. for a report of an argument. Police encountered Yurkin, who had a warrant for his arrest for criminal trespass.</p><p>Police searched Yurkin, who was allegedly in possession or marijuana and drug paraphernalia.</p><p>Yurkin was process and jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility to be arraigned on his warrant. He will also be arraigned on drug possession charges.</p><style>
