Fire that started on front porch under investigation

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212;Twain Pearson, 30, of Wilkes-Barre was charged with unsworn falsification to authorities on Tuesday.</p><p>At 10:17 a.m., police encountered Pearson during a traffic stop, when Pearson allegedly provided false and misleading information about his identity.</p><p>Police discovered that he was wanted by the Luzerne County Sheriff&#8217;s Department.</p><style>
